14-Team Snake Draft Order: Every Pick Number

A 14-team snake draft is the deepest, most punishing common format. With 14 owners and a standard 15-round snake, that's 210 total picks — and because the order reverses every round, which pick you own swings dramatically round to round. This page gives you the entire computed table so you never have to guess.

Read each row horizontally: for the round listed, the number under your slot is your overall pick number (the actual position in the draft). Verify the serpentine: Round 1 runs 1→14, Round 2 reverses 28→15, Round 3 flips back 29→42, and so on.

The turn in 14 teams: slot 14 owns overall picks 14 and 15 — back-to-back at the 1/2 turnaround. Slot 1 owns picks 1 and 28, bookends with a long gap between. Every pair of rounds, the corners swing.

Practical notes for 14-team leagues

  • The turn-around is brutal. At pick 14→15, that owner gets two shots in a row — a real foundation. Meanwhile slot 1 waits through almost all of round 2 to pick again. The distance between the corners is the widest of any common format.
  • Scarcity hits hard. With 14 starters per team and a much shallower starting pool, every pick carries weight. There is no "late-round flyer that doesn't matter" — in a 14-team league, even your fixtures (usually early-teens rounds) often get drafted.
  • Value every pick. Because the pool is so thin, a wasted mid-round pick is far costlier than in an 8-team league. Drafting on a clear tier system (not getting attached to a single name) is a big edge.
  • Waiver / start-sit depth matters more. The wire is thin, so bench quality and bye-week coverage are real costs. Drafting starters who don't share a bye week and keeping a usable bench is more important here.
  • Odd vs. even team count changes the reversal. 14 is even, so the reversal is a clean 1→14 / 14→1 alternation and the same owner always owns the corner of a round pair. In an odd team count the pattern skews differently — but almost every league you'll join is even, and this table covers the standard case.
