10-Team Snake Draft Order: Every Pick Number

A 10-team snake draft is the deep-pool league size — fewer teams drawing from the same player pool, with more startable talent available late and a rich waiver wire afterward. With 10 owners and a standard 15-round snake, that's 150 total picks, and the order reverses every round. This page gives you the entire computed table so you never have to guess.

Read each row horizontally: for the round listed, the number under your slot is your overall pick number (the actual position in the draft). Verify the serpentine: Round 1 runs 1→10, Round 2 reverses 20→11, Round 3 flips back 21→30, and so on down the board.

The turn in 10 teams: slot 10 owns overall picks 10 and 11 — back-to-back at the 1/2 turnaround. Slot 1 owns picks 1 and 20, bookends with a long gap between. Every pair of rounds, the corners swing.

Practical notes for 10-team leagues

  • The pool is deep, all the way down. Ten teams split the same player pool that a 12-team league stretches thinner, so there's more startable talent per starter. Late rounds hold genuine upside instead of a scramble to cover holes — and the waiver wire stays rich enough to fix mistakes all season.
  • The turn-around is a real foundation moment. At picks 10→11, the slot-10 owner gets two picks in a row — a rare chance to lock in two anchors before the board drifts away for a long stretch. Slot 1's bookend (1 and 20) is powerful but demands patience through a long aisle.
  • The middle is the most comfortable seat. Slots 4–7 get a steady, balanced rhythm with no hairpin turn and no brutal long waits. With the deep pool, the middle stays flexible — you can react to value as it falls rather than committing turns in advance.
  • Very few positions are truly scarce. With roughly ten quarterbacks, two dozen backs, and forty receivers starting every week from one shared pool, scarcity bites much later than at 12 teams. The winning 10-team build is usually a deliberate one — locked starters at the scarce spots, high-ceiling swings at the back.
  • A standard lineup fits the math. Most 10-team leagues run 9–10 starters with a 5–6 spot bench. Because the pool only has to support ten teams, a standard starting lineup preserves the deep-pool cushion rather than manufacturing scarcity by inflating lineup size.
