True serpentine ordering, rounds, total picks equal to teams × rounds. The board reverses every round, and the app keeps a live count of your open slots so you can react to positional runs with a clear head.
Auction
Every team spends the same budget ($200 by default). Teams nominate in snake order, the bidding UI tracks every dollar, and when it's your turn DraftScout suggests a recommended max bid that reserves $1 per unfilled slot so you never bid yourself into a roster you can't finish.
